Warranty Coverage

 

Material and Workmanship: This limited warranty covers defects in material or workmanship of the product.

Adhesion Performance: For Ordinary Sheets (50°-55° Hardness), the warranty is 1 year after the sheet is properly installed on a qualified pre-treated surface.

For High Hardness Sheets/Boat Kit (60°-65° hardness), the warranty is 3 years after the sheet is properly installed on a qualified pre-treated surface.

Anti-fading Commitment: Ordinary sheets are guaranteed to be normal fading problems within 1 year from the date of purchase if the product is properly stored and covered for protection.

High Hardness Sheets/Boat Kit are guaranteed to be normal fading problems within 3 year from the date of purchase if the product is properly stored and covered for protection.

Non-Warranty Coverage

 

Human operation: damage caused by user modification, improper surface preparation or installation on non-recommended substrates.

Lack of maintenance: product deterioration caused by failure to clean regularly, improper storage or protection.

Who the Warranty Applies To

 

Only to the original purchaser of the product. This warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or secondary purchasers.

Warranty Application Process

 

Pre-contact: Before removing the defective product, you must contact Hjdeck customer service. If the product has a safety hazard, please stop using it immediately. You can take photos if necessary, but you must keep the on-site evidence.

Material submission: Provide photos, fault descriptions or other verification information as required.

Product return: If you need to return the product, Hjdeck will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Hjdeck Liability

Replacement Service: Replace the defective part and provide a product that is closest to the original specifications.

Refund Policy: If a replacement product cannot be provided, the original price will be refunded.

Only Valid Terms

This warranty is the only valid warranty. No employee, agent, or distributor is authorized to modify or provide additional warranties on behalf of Hjdeck LLC.

Limitation of Liability

Hjdeck is not responsible for any incidental or consequential losses (such as loss of income, time costs, etc.).
