I received and successfully installed it. I only have one issue to report. I think your template for the swim platform could be a little bigger. I was not able to completely cover the indentations on the swim platform - even perfectly centered, I cannot get 100% coverage. This increases the risk of something getting caught and pulling the mat off at some point. There is a good chance it will still be ok. I used 3M tape primer in addition to prepping the surface thoroughly, so the adhesion is very strong. You can see in the images below the pad doesn't fully go to both edges, but just barely. It doesn't extend to the bottom fully either. I had to leave a small gap in order to completely cover the top indentations. Hopefully this won't cause problems later on. I'm not worried. As you can see the gap isn't very noticeable. In fact, if you don't see it, let me know and I'll go back and circle what I'm talking about. I ended up not using the diamond shaped pieces, but I think I will eventually put them on the side of the footwell for additional cushioning during sharp turns. Here is a shot of one footwell. I just let the back piece go a little under the foot stand and cut away the excess. Sorry all of the pictures are from out in the lake on a rainy day. Here is one from right after I finished the installation.
