The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

When you place your order, we will estimate a delivery date based on your item's availability, your chosen shipping method, and your shipment's destination. Our shipping charges are determined by product weight and do not include applicable sales tax.

PROCESSING

It usually takes 1-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays and weekends are not included.
If the item in your order is ready within 24 hours, we can ship it within a day.

The process of customizing products is complicated, so it takes more time to process the shipment. Once we communicate with you via email and confirm that it is correct, the production will be completed within 5-10 business days and then shipped to you.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

EXTRA FEES/Taxes

HJDECK does not collect fees for any costs other than the products we sell and shipping. in some unique cases, it is possible your local post office may request additional fees for customs, taxes or VATs. If you have any questions regarding such fees, please contact your local post office.

For some orders from EU countries, we collect taxes in advance through IOSS.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Usually it takes about 30-90 days to some countries ,We do offer compensation if the shipping beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy.

Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
